PROJECT: Brand identity
We were engaged to refresh the Claro brand, focusing on its positioning and brand identity.
Claro is one of the largest mobile providers in Latin and Central America but despite a high level of consumer awareness, research had shown that it’s customers felt more and more detached from the brand.
Naturally, consumer connection is crucial to any brand so we developed a new strapline: ‘In touch with you’ and created a more vibrant, colourful and contemporary visual identity in order to infuse the brand with warmth and appeal.
The direction of all marketing communications changed to focus much more on product benefits.
