Our brand strategy process is built with one aim: to bring clarity of meaning to any brand.

There are three main stages within the process: Analysis, Definition, and Influence. We have developed and refined this process over the years, based on our experience in delivering practical strategic assets for a range of brands.

How we work

In the lifespan of a typical project there are five key stages:

Project Management

We realise that the tough economic climate means that you may have limited time and budgets to fulfill a complete branding project.

Depending on the needs and pressures, we can deliver a bespoke project plan to suit the needs of the client.

Dedicated Project Management

Essential to the successful outcome of any project is effective project management. We operate a one point of contact system, where each project has an experienced Account Director responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the project, from start to finish.

Clear Communication

Regular, timely status reports and open communications are key to every project meeting agreed expectations and deadlines. We work in close partnership with our clients to ensure that any issues or changes to requirements are highlighted and solved as early as possible.

Financial Transparency

We provide total transparency on budgets and monitor how all time is spent as the project progresses with regular reconciliations of all costs. We spend time planning our projects as efficiently as possible to make best use of appropriate resource and maximize achievable results for your budget.
