Professor Green, ZTE and Talenthouse are looking for a creative visionary to create a 20-second promo for the ZTE Grand X smartphone. The brief is to create a promo video that conveys ZTE‚Äôs Grand X slogan: ‚ÄòA World of Entertainment in Your Hands‚Äô, in the most creative way possible using Professor Green’s ‘Remedy’ as a sound bed. They are looking for ideas that encompass a range of executions including videography, still images, animation, motion graphics, illustration and visual effects. There are a number of prizes available to entrants and the overall winner will have their film shown across ZTE’s/Professor Green’s official channels and get 2 days filming with Rufus Exton, among other things. It doesn‚Äôt matter if you‚Äôre already a professional or a talented novice who‚Äôd like to take a crack at it; if you can hold a camera or use a smartphone ‚Äì you‚Äôre up. The Grand X is ZTE’s flagship smartphone and it marks a change in direction for the company, having previously been only a hardware supplier to telecoms service providers. Tapping popular British rapper Professor Green is a smart way to engage their target market and raise awareness of their offer in the UK and by engaging creatives through the Talenthouse community they’re drawing attention to the phone’s broader functionality in an organic and engaging way.
